By accessing or using the Steel Fitness Hub website, mobile application, or physical facility (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify members of material changes via email or posted notice at the facility.
Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and older. Minors aged 16–17 may join with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. All members must complete a health questionnaire and, for certain programs, obtain medical clearance.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. Steel Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if false information is provided.
Membership fees are charged according to the plan selected at sign-up. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Recurring memberships are billed automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method on file. Failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of facility access until the balance is settled.
Annual and prepaid plans are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Upgrades to higher-tier plans are permitted at any time; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Facility access is granted according to your membership tier. 24/7 access is available for Performance and Elite members only. Essential members may access the facility during staffed hours.
We reserve the right to modify operating hours for maintenance, holidays, or special events. Notice of significant schedule changes will be posted at least 72 hours in advance.
All members and guests are expected to behave respectfully. The following are strictly prohibited:
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund, at the sole discretion of Steel Fitness management.
Personal training sessions and group classes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our app or at the front desk. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the session.
Steel Fitness trainers are certified professionals. Results from personal training depend on individual effort, consistency, and adherence to recommended programs. We do not guarantee specific fitness outcomes.
You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, strain, and cardiovascular events. By using our facility and services, you assume all risks associated with physical activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steel Fitness Hub, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the facility, equipment, or participation in classes and training sessions, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
All content on our website, app, and promotional materials — including text, images, videos, logos, and training programs — is the property of Steel Fitness Hub or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Steel Fitness content without prior written permission.
You may cancel your membership at any time in accordance with our Refund Policy. Steel Fitness may terminate or suspend your membership immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or conduct deemed harmful to the community.
Upon termination, your right to access the facility ceases immediately. Any outstanding fees remain your responsibility.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
